How to request deletion of your data

You can request deletion of your data through any of these methods:
Please provide your registered mobile number so we can locate and verify your records before deletion.
Once we receive and verify your request, we will delete the personal data associated with your WhatsApp/RCS conversations and scheme records from our systems within 30 days, as required under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
Please note: if you have an active, unpaid scheme or outstanding balance with us, we may need to retain minimal records (such as payment history) as required for legitimate business and legal record-keeping purposes, even after your deletion request. We will inform you if this applies to your case.
Messages sent via WhatsApp Business Platform (and in future, RCS Business Messaging) are also processed by Meta and, where applicable, Google as the messaging platform providers. Deleting your data from our records does not automatically delete data held by these platforms under their own retention policies. You can review WhatsApp's Privacy Policy for details on their data practices.
Once your data has been deleted from our records, we will confirm this to you via WhatsApp or phone call, whichever method you used to make the request.
