Payment screenshots shared with us over WhatsApp are used solely to verify and update your scheme records.

We do not process payments, refunds, or purchases through this website or through WhatsApp/RCS messaging. All purchases and payments are completed in person at our store, unless otherwise explicitly arranged directly with us.
